  • •Oversee and manage the plant budget, including staffing, operations, maintenance, and capital expenditures, ensuring cost controls and financial targets.
  • •Create a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, monitoring performance metrics and leading cross-functional efforts to deliver sustainable improvements.
  • •Provide guidance on manufacturing process planning and coordinate manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers to optimize resources.
