Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the Earn product vision and drive the roadmap, translating it into a prioritized quarterly plan balancing opportunities, scalability, and user trust.
  • •Own initiatives end-to-end from discovery through launch and iteration, including writing PRDs and defining success metrics.
  • •Partner with engineering, design, and embedded software to ship Earn features that work across the app and device.
