Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the sales incentive platform as business owner, covering configuration, data flows, integrations, access, releases, vendor management, system performance, and issue resolution.
  • •Translate plan mechanics into accurate, scalable, auditable system logic; own requirements, testing, production validation, and change control.
  • •Own compensation data from source through payout (eligibility, assignments, quotas, territories, crediting, rates, tiers, accelerators, and payment outputs).
  • •Lead recurring audits, reconciliations, and exception reviews; surface changes, risks, and root causes and champion durable fixes.
  • •Build recurring reporting: quarterly QBRs, dashboards, metrics/data quality standards, and executive-ready decks; manage annual/quarterly plan delivery and governance controls.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in sales compensation/incentive compensation systems, analytics, or related financial and operational work with hands-on sales compensation experience.
  • •Direct ownership or administration of an enterprise incentive compensation platform, handling plan mechanics, system configuration, data validation, and stakeholder needs.
  • •Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous questions, validate complex calculations, identify patterns, and connect findings to business outcomes.
  • •Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, plus Tableau or Snowflake experience; SQL is strongly preferred.
  • •Experience at scale across sales compensation design and operations (quotas, crediting, eligibility, accelerators, guarantees, plan documents, controls, payout processing).
