Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruiting for intern and new college graduate (NCG) roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
  • •Manage university relationships (4–6 core schools) and build diverse early-career talent pipelines.
  • •Plan and execute campus recruiting events and support internship and NCG program lifecycle delivery.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to align workforce priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles; provide consultative recruiting guidance.
