Key Responsibilities

•Manage a specific kitchen station, prep fresh ingredients, and execute menu items to order.
•Organize and prioritize food preparation, coordinate with other kitchen staff, and ensure proper portion size and weight.
•Follow standard recipes for presentation and plate assembly, including plate presentation per standard recipes.
•Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas (including grill, oven, stoves, and walk-in cooler) to keep them hazard-free during shifts.
•Perform opening and closing duties while maintaining safety and sanitation standards and meeting venue policy requirements.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of high-volume kitchen operations.
•Ability to follow standardized recipes and plate presentation.
•Skills in the use of all kitchen equipment.
•Proper sanitation knowledge and ability to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
•High attention to detail and ability to maintain the pace of a high-volume kitchen.
