Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the ETO engineering team and participate in handover meetings with sales and project management to align on requirements and deviations.
  • •Create project timelines, notify stakeholders, identify risks, and take action to mitigate them.
  • •Drive the team to produce wiring, schematic, and general arrangement drawings according to project specifications.
  • •Review manufacturing designs and bills of materials to ensure quality and compliance.
  • •Develop standards and work instructions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10-12 years of experience in CAD, PLM, and ERP tools, preferably with Oracle ERP experience.
  • •Proficiency in Solid Edge and Teamcenter (or equivalent CAD/PLM tools) and ability to create and maintain drawing databases.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to plan, delegate, and mentor a team.
  • •Good engineering knowledge to apply Valve operating system (VOS) engineering concepts.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
