Job Summary

Lead and develop the liabilities RM, RO, and ARM teams to achieve targets and service levels while driving cost efficiency and profitability. Build strong client relationships, promote cash management solutions and online banking, oversee account conduct and revenue generation, and guide the team to meet department objectives in Mashreq Bank’s Egypt SME and retail banking segment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, develop and motivate the liabilities RM, RO, ARM teams, including performance assessment and appraisal.
•Achieve set targets for himself and his team as well as service levels.
•Ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
•Guide liabilities teams to develop fruitful long-lasting relations with existing clients and seek new business opportunities.
•Offer comprehensive cash management solutions to clients including collections and payment solutions.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading and developing banking teams (RM, RO, ARM) with performance assessments and appraisals.
•Proven ability to achieve targets for self and team, and maintain service levels.
•Strong focus on cost efficiency and profitability within a retail banking/sme context.
•Ability to build and maintain fruitful long-term relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
•Experience delivering cash management solutions to clients, including collections and payment solutions; promote online banking.
