Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare feasibility study reports in the agreed format and review them with the Local CRC Head of Structures.
  • •Assemble and monitor design specifications compliant with employer requirements, ensuring delivery by due dates.
  • •Carry out detailed structural design per client requirements and standard codes, including complex calculations and coordination issues, with QA and sign-off.
  • •Review and monitor production of calculations, ensure timely completion of costing/tender documentation inputs, and keep the India ME Team informed of design decisions.
  • •Lead the design process and mentor/coaching junior staff, including management of engineers and Revit technicians; ensure QA/document control processes are followed.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in the design of building structures with significant experience in a similar role (12+ years).
  • •Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and membership to an accredited engineering body.
  • •Desirable: British Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.
  • •Proficiency with structural engineering software including RAM, CSC, ETABS, SAFE and STAAD.
  • •Fluency in English with strong management, communication, and technical skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.
