Production Supervisor

Oversee production at the Jhagadia facility to ensure efficient, safe, and consistent manufacturing while building quality into products through rigorous adherence to procedures. Lead shift tool box meetings, delegate responsibilities, maintain equipment through basic and autonomous maintenance, and drive shop-floor cleanliness and productivity. Manage records and shift handovers, address shift-to-shift issues, follow safety/health and environmental disposal norms, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001 requirements.
