Key Responsibilities

  • •Manufacture the right product using correct weighed raw material per batch card and maintain batch cycle time for optimum yield.
  • •Perform basic and autonomous maintenance of equipment to keep it in healthy condition.
  • •Lead shift tool box meetings, delegate shift responsibilities, and ensure safe and quality production.
  • •Maintain shop-floor and production-area cleanliness, monitor productivity, and follow safety/health and environmental disposal norms.
  • •Maintain production records (logbooks, registers, labeling, calibrations), manage shift-to-shift issue capture and handovers, and ensure shift inventory management via data entry.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc or Diploma in Chemical or Electrical with 2–3 years’ experience in a production environment.
  • •Knowledge of production process.
  • •Manpower handling capability.
  • •Knowledge of safety rules for production activities.
  • •Basic maintenance knowledge for equipment.
