Key Responsibilities

  • •Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll, including timesheet collection, validating employee changes, and handling new hires and terminations.
  • •Review and audit timecard data, make corrections, and prepare timecard data for imports (including paid time off, leave of absence, and pay types).
  • •Process payroll events such as new hires, state-to-state movements, terminations, LOAs, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, rate changes, retroactive adjustments, and special pays.
  • •Ensure timesheets are processed and approved timely and follow up as needed; maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll records.
  • •Support compliance with state and federal regulations, manage payroll reporting (including stock vesting exercises), and assist with audits and system implementations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of payroll experience.
  • •Comprehensive US payroll experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, human resource management, or similar field.
  • •Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is heavily desired.
  • •Highly proficient with Payroll software ADP Workforce Now.
