Key Responsibilities

•Perform vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy per dealership and factory standards.
•Follow factory and dealership repair procedures when performing warranty work.
•Stay current in diagnostic methods and service techniques for vehicles serviced by the dealership.
•Record cause of failure and accurately document work performed on repair orders.
•Communicate regularly with service management and teams to confirm diagnostic information, repair status, and completion, and request parts as needed.
