Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, SaaS, technology, marketing, partnership, procurement, and services agreements.
  • •Advise cross-functional stakeholders with practical, solutions-oriented legal guidance while appropriately managing legal and regulatory risk.
  • •Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable legal infrastructure such as contract templates, negotiation playbooks, workflows, self-service resources, and training.
  • •Streamline legal processes through automation, knowledge management, and thoughtful adoption of technology, including AI-enabled tools.
  • •Advise internal clients on issues arising from commercial relationships, including contract interpretation, intellectual property, data privacy, and compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
  • •3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience, including nationally recognized law firm and/or in-house experience supporting commercial transactions.
  • •Experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements with increasing autonomy.
  • •Ability to balance legal risk with practical business considerations in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong interest in building and improving legal processes, playbooks, and operational infrastructure for a scaling business.
