  • •5+ years of related maintenance lead or supervisor experience with direct reports.
  • •Diagnose basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related problems and direct/assist with repairs.
  • •Develop and maintain an effective preventative maintenance program to reduce equipment downtime.
  • •Associates degree/college program certificate, or equivalent education and experience in a food manufacturing environment.
