Job Summary

Drive product and business decisions with strategic analysis for creator tools and monetization. Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to ensure accurate data capture, define and track core KPIs, and run hypothesis-driven experiments using A/B testing. Perform exploratory analysis on user behavior and content economics, build dashboards and reporting in collaboration with data teams, and communicate insights through clear narratives and visualizations.

•Leverage content economics, subscription performance, and user behavior data to deliver recommendations and define/track core KPIs.
•Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify opportunity areas for product teams based on user needs, preferences, and friction in journeys.
•Design and execute hypothesis-driven experiments on creator tools and features to drive growth, engagement, and retention.
•Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to product, engineering, design, and leadership using narratives, visualizations, and presentations.
•Collaborate across finance, strategy, and commercial leadership and work with data teams to maintain data quality while building dashboards, reports, and documentation.

•Expertise in SQL and experience working with large-scale data sets on cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
•Experience with analytics engineering tools such as Apache Airflow, Dataform, and dbt.
•Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
•Experience designing, running, and analyzing complex A/B tests and experiments using experimentation solutions such as StatSig, Optimizely, or Target.
