Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the technical condition of support craft vessels and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • •Ensure mechanical, electrical, and structural issues are addressed promptly and follow up on open observations, deficiencies, and inspection findings.
  • •Coordinate with Operations, HSE, Marine, and Procurement to plan repairs, manage spare parts needs, and support vessel mobilization or modifications.
  • •Prepare technical reports, review work scopes, and supervise repair activities in port or drydock in line with project requirements and marine standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or an equivalent technical field.
  • •Minimum 3–7 years of experience in marine or offshore vessel operations, preferably with support or utility vessels.
  • •Strong knowledge of marine systems (mechanical, electrical, and structural) and vessel maintenance/repair procedures.
  • •Familiarity with classification society and regulatory compliance requirements for vessels.
  • •Understanding of HSE requirements and safety management systems, with the ability to implement safety standards during maintenance activities.
