Serve as a trusted client representative, coordinate technical advisors, and synthesize feasibility and risk findings into executive-level recommendations. Manage schedules, budgets, and project governance from site screening and acquisition through readiness for construction. Support business development by strengthening relationships and expanding data center advisory services for developers, investors, and hyperscalers.
