Job Summary

Lead product application activities by understanding customer process technologies and critical gaps to drive future solution roadmaps. Coordinate complex application execution, including customer on-site teams, evaluation and demos, and define/approve support plans for installations. Use strong process expertise (CVD/PVD/ETCH) to optimize performance, transfer application capabilities, and run technical review meetings, while managing SOW schedules and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and lead product application roadmaps by understanding customer technologies and critical gaps.
•Technically lead complex application activities and execute evaluation and demos at customer sites.
•Interface with customers on technical requirements analysis, schedules, and product application support plans for installation.
•Create and lead methodologies to optimize system performance and transfer new application capabilities to customer support teams.
•Lead technical review meetings, drive root-cause analysis for critical customer issues, and meet project schedules and deliverables.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an engineering and science field.
•Familiarity with semiconductor process engineering and manufacturing applications.
•Strong technical expertise in one or more process areas: CVD, PVD, and/or ETCH.
•Ability to establish credibility as a trusted technical advisor and communicate effectively with customers.
•Experience understanding Statements of Work (SOWs), schedules, milestones, and resource plans; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
