Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead product application roadmaps by understanding customer technologies and critical gaps.
  • •Technically lead complex application activities and execute evaluation and demos at customer sites.
  • •Interface with customers on technical requirements analysis, schedules, and product application support plans for installation.
  • •Create and lead methodologies to optimize system performance and transfer new application capabilities to customer support teams.
  • •Lead technical review meetings, drive root-cause analysis for critical customer issues, and meet project schedules and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an engineering and science field.
  • •Familiarity with semiconductor process engineering and manufacturing applications.
  • •Strong technical expertise in one or more process areas: CVD, PVD, and/or ETCH.
  • •Ability to establish credibility as a trusted technical advisor and communicate effectively with customers.
  • •Experience understanding Statements of Work (SOWs), schedules, milestones, and resource plans; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
