Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead Attio’s Product Security function covering application security and security operations.
  • •Partner with Engineering Leadership peers to ensure security by design.
  • •Identify and mitigate security risks and attack vectors tied to AI-driven product features and AI-assisted development.
  • •Stay at the forefront of secure software development and operational security practices.
  • •Lead production security incident response and drive remediation from root causes to resolution, including corrective actions post-incident.

Key Requirements

  • •Full understanding of the Application Security landscape for high-scale, multi-tenant SaaS environments.
  • •Strong grasp of prevention, detection, and remediation techniques for securing SaaS applications, and integrating them into an effective program.
  • •First-class incident response skills across detection, remediation, cleanup, and post-incident corrective action.
  • •Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-quality Information Security team as the company scales.
  • •Experience running an application security program in high-scale, multi-tenant SaaS (desirable).
