Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement project OCM plans covering stakeholder identification, change impacts, organisational design, communications, workforce readiness, and capability development.
  • •Complete change impact analyses, evaluate actual impacts, and assess readiness of affected stakeholders.
  • •Support operational leaders to build understanding of the change case and enable team transition.
  • •Lead stakeholder engagement and deliver clear, targeted change communications to impacted teams.
  • •Track and report OCM progress, readiness milestones, capability activities, and risks to plan, and capture lessons learned to improve OCM practices.

Key Requirements

  • •A strong commitment to safety and to demonstrating care, courage and curiosity in every interaction.
  • •Experience leading organisational change management within mining, resources, major projects, or another operationally complex environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience in change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, organisational design, communications, and workforce or capability readiness.
  • •Ability to influence and support operational leaders through complex organisational and operational change.
  • •Experience planning and managing OCM workstreams, including scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, milestones, and reporting.
