Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop Field Learning Specialists and Ops Trainers to identify and remove operational and training barriers.
  • •Partner with local teams and cross-functional leadership to deliver training products at a site level and share best practices across the Field Learning network.
  • •Manage DC relationships, review DC level reporting, and disseminate insights to key stakeholders and senior Field Learning leadership.
  • •Oversee training initiatives by conducting needs-based assessments, ensuring deadlines are met, and evaluating and communicating progress to Sr. Field Learning Managers.
  • •Maintain training records for compliance, oversee the Powered Equipment program, promote food safety/quality and a safety-first culture, and support a positive team dynamic.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree, Specialist Degree, or Certification in supply chain, education, business management, project management, adult learning and training, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of employee engagement, team building, and training teams in fast-paced environments such as retail, hospitality, tech, production, or warehouse management.
  • •2+ years directly leading, training, and developing exempt and non-exempt team members to maximize results.
  • •Proven experience communicating and facilitating teachings in a classroom setting.
  • •Ability to travel up to 15% and communicate clearly with tact and diplomacy.
