Key Requirements

  • •Significant leadership experience managing large, complex, international programmes within the maritime naval domain.
  • •Degree-level education in a discipline relevant to project management and delivery of technically complex maritime programmes.
  • •Professional accreditation with the Association for Project Management (APM), or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong leadership capability to flex across stakeholders, including experience leading multidisciplinary teams across complex organisational structures.
  • •Outstanding project and programme management expertise, including governance and delivery frameworks, plus exceptional stakeholder negotiation and influencing skills.
