Software Project Leader - Post Compra

Lead high-complexity, high-visibility initiatives for sellers, defining, coordinating, and executing critical tasks that directly drive business success and seller experience. Decompose complex processes, prioritize strategic deliverables, and refine product and UX proposals. Work with multiple teams using agile and modern frameworks, applying engineering best practices with microservices, REST APIs, and databases. Coach and develop new leaders while driving adoption of new technologies and approaches.
