Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complex payroll activities for the ANZ region in compliance with established procedures and methodologies.
  • •Handle taxation, legislative and statutory obligations, prepare returns, maintain documents, and keep payroll processes updated for region-specific changes.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members on query resolutions, unique cases, and process exceptions.
  • •Develop and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports, analyses, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • •Lead and support audit reviews and related documentation, identify risks, and implement process improvement initiatives while maintaining SOX and internal control requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • •Experience processing ANZ region payroll with exposure to end-to-end payroll processing.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • •Advanced working knowledge of HR processes and procedures and high-volume payroll processing.
  • •Experience with payroll and HR systems, preferably Oracle and Workday, plus excellent English communication.
