Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee inventory and supply planning for assigned manufacturing partners and co-packers.
  • •Develop and maintain capacity plans, production schedules, and finite schedules to support service, inventory, and cost targets.
  • •Translate S&OP forecasts into SKU and distribution center supply plans in collaboration with demand planning and deployment partners.
  • •Manage distribution requirements planning, including inventory replenishment and stock transfer responsibilities where applicable.
  • •Lead master data collection and maintenance and create reports/metrics to track weekly and monthly performance against KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, mathematics, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
  • •Two or more years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, or operations.
  • •Experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, customer planning, or supply planning.
  • •Experience with supply planning systems; Blue Yonder (JDA) Supply Planning is preferred.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including strong Microsoft Excel skills.
