•Build backend software and full-stack web and mobile applications, contribute to Rust codebases, and manage deployments and support operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

•5+ years shipping backend software in statically typed languages such as C#, Rust, Go, or Java.
•Experience delivering modern web frontends that meet accessibility and security standards.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering efforts and deliver production systems.
•Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.
•Excellent communication skills with direct customer experience; based in the US and ready to engage with state government partners.
