Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the investment governance framework across all funds and mandates.
  • •Maintain and monitor investment guidelines in line with prospectuses and signed agreements.
  • •Review and report trade execution in line with best execution and broker concentration policy.
  • •Report active and passive breaches to the Investment Governance Committee; carry out daily NAV variance checks.
  • •Conduct due diligence for new counterparties and ongoing periodic reviews; ensure SOPs are updated and support related process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA or post-graduation with a Finance background.
  • •CISI IOC certification preferred.
  • •Over 5 years’ banking experience in an Investment Operations role or similar function.
  • •Strong understanding of capital market instruments.
  • •Knowledge of asset management functions with specific experience in Middle Office; proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
