Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing, and invoicing for the branch.
  • •Interact with customers to answer questions about parts availability and fulfill parts orders.
  • •Obtain and prepare parts quotes and coordinate parts inventory for rental equipment.
  • •Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment and communicate with manufacturers/vendors for company and customer-owned equipment.
  • •Coordinate with Service departments and delivery schedules and confirm invoice accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and active applicable state class driver’s license.
  • •Clean driving record and ability to pick up and deliver local parts.
  • •Experience with budgeting and knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets.
  • •Exceptional customer service, organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • •Own applicable tools and be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen for a safety-sensitive position.
