Job Summary

Manage the full lifecycle of Employee Data Requests (EDR) in line with global privacy regulations and Mastercard policies. You’ll coordinate data collection across internal systems, prepare and draft compliant responses to data subjects, and partner with Privacy Counsels to obtain approvals. Maintain accurate records for audit readiness, monitor SLAs and deadlines, and support reporting through EDSR metrics, dashboards, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full lifecycle of Employee Data Requests (intake, tracking, execution, and closure) within SLAs and regulatory timelines.
•Prepare and validate data packages by coordinating with internal teams to gather personal data from multiple systems.
•Draft and send compliant responses to data subjects using approved templates and legal/privacy guidance.
•Collaborate with Privacy Counsels and stakeholders to obtain approvals before final responses.
•Maintain accurate records in dedicated platforms, monitor deadlines and risks, and support reporting with EDSR metrics and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field (preferred).
•Relevant experience in privacy operations, legal services, or compliance.
•Understanding of data subject rights such as access, deletion, and update.
•Strong attention to detail and data accuracy for handling sensitive information.
•Proficiency in Excel and case management/reporting tools.
