Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and provide leadership for the New Mexico Civil/Roadway Team to deliver projects with technical excellence.
•Coordinate and advise on civil engineering design, permitting, and project delivery across transportation programs.
•Collaborate with Local Business Line Leader to market and grow transportation services and maintain client relationships.
•Lead cross-office workshare coordination with Colorado and regional offices to support highway, bridge, and multimodal projects.
•Uphold safety, quality, ethics, and compliance, and mentor staff to support professional development and succession.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; closely related discipline.
•Minimum of 12 years of experience with a college degree or equivalent experience in engineering, transportation, infrastructure, and/or project management/delivery.
•Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
•Advanced proficiency with civil engineering principles, practices, process, standard of care, and applications to permitting and project work issues.
•Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and adaptability to schedule changes and travel as needed.
