Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and provide leadership for the New Mexico Civil/Roadway Team to deliver projects with technical excellence.
  • •Coordinate and advise on civil engineering design, permitting, and project delivery across transportation programs.
  • •Collaborate with Local Business Line Leader to market and grow transportation services and maintain client relationships.
  • •Lead cross-office workshare coordination with Colorado and regional offices to support highway, bridge, and multimodal projects.
  • •Uphold safety, quality, ethics, and compliance, and mentor staff to support professional development and succession.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; closely related discipline.
  • •Minimum of 12 years of experience with a college degree or equivalent experience in engineering, transportation, infrastructure, and/or project management/delivery.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
  • •Advanced proficiency with civil engineering principles, practices, process, standard of care, and applications to permitting and project work issues.
  • •Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and adaptability to schedule changes and travel as needed.
