Manage collision, comprehensive, third-party property damage, disputed liability, and Medpay-only auto claims across multiple states, with a focus on Florida. Investigate and document claims from first notice through resolution, evaluate vehicle damage, determine coverage and liability, and set reserves. Review estimates and negotiate repair or total-loss settlements with appraisers and repair facilities, draft coverage letters, maintain licensing/CE, and mentor junior adjusters to improve unit quality and cycle time.
