Key Responsibilities

  • •Expand Simile’s coverage by deciding which populations to simulate next and securing the datasets to make it possible.
  • •Run Simile’s data machine by managing the operations behind human data collection, including vendor management and throughput.
  • •Find and negotiate the richest datasets by structuring agreements for training, fine-tuning, and derivative agent behavior.
  • •Build an always-on feedback loop that turns research needs into a sourcing roadmap and tracks which data improved the model.
  • •Defend data fidelity and partner with legal on consent, privacy, and usage rights for enterprise and government partners.
