Key Responsibilities

•Expand Simile’s coverage by deciding which populations to simulate next and securing the datasets to make it possible.
•Run Simile’s data machine by managing the operations behind human data collection, including vendor management and throughput.
•Find and negotiate the richest datasets by structuring agreements for training, fine-tuning, and derivative agent behavior.
•Build an always-on feedback loop that turns research needs into a sourcing roadmap and tracks which data improved the model.
•Defend data fidelity and partner with legal on consent, privacy, and usage rights for enterprise and government partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 annually
