Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight of field construction activities and support internal teams with progress reporting.
  • •Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations through site inspections, observations, and audits.
  • •Identify and help resolve quality, safety, health, and environmental concerns and coordinate risk escalation with contractors.
  • •Support project planning and preconstruction/design reviews to surface constructability and safety considerations.
  • •Prepare and coordinate project reporting (daily/weekly/monthly and incident-related) and support documentation, meetings, and closeout/turnover activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
  • •At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction safety, HSE, or project delivery.
  • •Experience implementing and monitoring project HSE plans and contractor safety programs on active construction projects.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects (preferred).
  • •CCM certification preferred; preferred certifications include OSHA 30, OSHA 500/510, CHST, OHST, ASP, CSP, and CPR.
  • •Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
