Assistant Manager - Operations - Instawork Robotics Labs

Lead and scale an operations team supporting AI-powered data capture and workflow execution. You’ll manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding, mentor operators, and build training and SOPs. Own day-to-day operational performance using KPIs, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain quality standards. Serve as the operational point of contact for enterprise customers, delivering weekly business reviews and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and execution excellence.
