Key Responsibilities

  • •Support equipment readiness and commissioning for Tool Demo, Conversion and Installation through Supplier Qualification, partnering with TIM and functional area teams to achieve safety, quality, scope, schedule, and budget outcomes.
  • •Mentor, develop, direct, and influence engineers and technicians in a matrix environment, addressing performance and productivity issues.
  • •Manage onsite construction resources and equipment vendors, including funding, forecasting, performance feedback, and logistics support with site operations.
  • •Provide technical direction for troubleshooting installation activities (e.g., demolition, conversion, installation issues) and ensure sites have prompt forecasting, procurement, delivery, set and commissioning of equipment.
  • •Facilitate cross-site communication and continuous improvement (taskforces, after-action reviews, Lean), and role model safety and quality using Job Hazard Analysis and 6D learnings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related technical field with 4+ years of project management experience (or equivalent tool owner/installation/qualification/demo/maintenance experience).
  • •OR 8+ years of project management experience in equipment/engineering tool ownership or equivalent installation/qualification/demo/maintenance technician experience.
  • •PMP certification.
  • •Experience with medium or large-scale construction or tool install programs.
  • •Ability to work onsite in a cleanroom/construction environment.
