Job Summary

Support hands-on manufacturing operations by assisting production under SOPs and cGMP, including sanitizing equipment, operating chemical equipment, running sampling and in-process testing, packaging, and managing effluent discharge. Maintain readiness for FDA inspections and customer audits, follow GMP and safety practices, and complete accurate batch/cleaning records. Coordinate with Maintenance as needed and communicate cGMP issues and supply levels to supervisors and quality.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee production activities: receive and transfer raw materials, sanitize equipment/facilities, and perform production operations per SOPs.
•Conduct testing and quality-related tasks, including sampling of intermediates and in-process qualitative and quantitative testing.
•Log all operations in batch records and/or cleaning logs, and issue receiving reports when receiving raw materials and supplies.
•Maintain constant readiness for FDA or other competent authority inspections and customer audits.
•Follow GMP and safety practices, assist Maintenance when required, and report cGMP violations; occasionally lift up to 60 pounds and wear PPE as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.83 - 26.44 hourly
