Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end cloud transformation engagements by evaluating customer environments and aligning technical execution with business outcomes.
  • •Facilitate migration readiness assessments, interpret guardrail results, and recommend remediations (including SQL-based analysis and automation deltas).
  • •Communicate the role of APIs, webhooks, and automation components, explaining what translates to Cloud versus what requires refactor or replacement.
  • •Govern the migration lifecycle with disciplined execution, measurable outcomes, and coordination from discovery through UAT and go-live.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for critical blockers, while leading project communications, plan reviews, steering committees, milestones, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 10 years of professional experience as a technical program/delivery manager for complex enterprise technology projects.
  • •Extensive experience in or around software delivery roles such as Delivery Manager, DevOps Engineer, QA/Test Lead, Systems Engineer, or Support Lead.
  • •Proven track record leading data migration, systems integrations, or platform transformations.
  • •Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to connect process, tooling, and delivery outcomes.
  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or computer science (or equivalent professional experience).
