Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete inspection-center cosmetic reconditioning work to help deliver vehicles on schedule.
  • •Participate in training programs for entry-level skill and pay progression.
  • •Work mandatory overtime when required by business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment with exposure to heat/cold.
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments.
