Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or a High School Diploma/GED, plus a minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum of three years of experience in Manufacturing Operations or Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum of one year of direct supervisory experience.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
  • •Preferred: Lean Manufacturing experience/certification and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience preferred.
