Job Summary

Deliver construction equipment safely and efficiently as part of a regional logistics team, operating a truck and trailer in compliance with state and federal transportation laws. You’ll transport loads on assigned routes, maneuver for loading/unloading, assist with loading and unloading, and maintain required delivery paperwork. The role also includes routine truck service tasks and may involve on-call scheduling with overtime and additional compensation.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate the vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
•Transport loads safely and on-time while obeying traffic laws and observing safety regulations.
•Maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas; follow loading crew signals.
•Assist with loading/unloading goods and materials using specialized equipment as needed.
•Maintain required paperwork (invoices and bills of lading) and deliver documentation when routes are complete.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Must hold a commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) or a chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle operated.

•Be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
•Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to communicate professionally at delivery points.
