Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist subsidiaries with accurate, deadline-driven submission of consolidation reporting packages in OneStream, applying Group best practices and ensuring traceability between systems.
  • •Review subsidiaries’ consolidation packages for accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
  • •Perform and document consolidation adjustments and provide analyses required by Management.
  • •Reconcile direct and indirect cash flow statements in liaison with the Treasury department.
  • •Coordinate and support PPA exercises with external valuation experts and monitor earn-out mechanisms over time.

Key Requirements

  • •3-6 years of experience in reporting or consolidation (including audit firm consolidation assignments or a mixed audit/corporate background).
  • •Strong financial accounting expertise, including IFRS and consolidation processes.
  • •ACCA or CIMA membership or study in progress is a strong advantage.
  • •Fluency in English; French is a plus.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
