Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop action plans and execute strategies to acquire new Premier/Premier Elite customers and grow existing relationships.
  • •Manage the Premier/Premier Elite customer portfolio and deliver personalized banking and wealth management solutions.
  • •Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and drive Wealth Management (WEM) performance.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and coach relationship managers, ensuring use of HSBC sales processes and financial planning concepts.
  • •Ensure risk management, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and oversight of Shariah non-compliance risks and related escalation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 to 9 years in a sales leadership role managing wealth sales team performance with experience delivering a high service standard.
  • •Proven success managing a large and complex relationship portfolio.
  • •Excellent commercial acumen, leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • •Conversant in Shariah knowledge and competency.
  • •Additional advantage: Certified Financial Planning (CFP), PreContract Examination (PCE) - Life & General Insurance, Federation of Investment Managers - Unit Trust, and/or Malaysian Takaful Association License (MTA).
