Senior Scientist (In vivo Pharmacology & Translational Sciences), Cambridge, MA

Oversee target-specific in vivo pharmacology, PK/PD, and safety assessments, translating translational strategies geared toward clinical success. Design biomarker and patient-selection frameworks, select appropriate model paradigms, and partner with CROs on decision-making experiments. Serve as a key scientific bridge between computational biology and experimental validation, distilling data into recommendations that drive go/no-go decisions and support IND regulatory filings across oncology and immunology programs.
