Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and break down conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance by ensuring technology works as designed and testing, repairing, or maintaining AV hardware components.
  • •Clean AV equipment (including camera lenses, monitors, and equipment fans) and complete job site documentation.
  • •Perform timely support tasks such as meeting support, installing non-complex AV components, and providing video/audio recording support where applicable.
  • •Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio/video systems while collaborating with customers and internal teams and adhering to local safety standards.
