Job Summary

Define and evolve secure, resilient, scalable cloud platform architectures for AI and generative AI services, including LLM APIs, gateways, RAG solutions, and document connectors. Lead DevOps automation for provisioning and environment management using Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and GitOps. Set standards for deployment and lifecycle management, drive observability and incident resolution, and optimize Cloud resources and costs. Collaborate across engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, FinOps, Product Management, and support; contribute to MLOps when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and evolve architectures, technical standards, and industrialization principles for AI and generative AI platforms.
•Design and deploy secure, resilient, scalable cloud platforms to operate services such as LLM APIs, gateways, RAG solutions, business assistants, and document connectors.
•Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning and environment management using DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and GitOps.
•Establish deployment/configuration standards and manage the lifecycle of application components, container images, dependencies, and technical artifacts.
•Implement and run observability (logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, alerts), analyze complex incidents, ensure cybersecurity/data access requirements, and optimize Cloud resource usage and costs.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, or operating security-/availability-/performance-critical infrastructures.
•Proficiency with at least one cloud provider among AWS, Azure, or GCP, including large-scale cloud platform design, automation, and operations.
•Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, configuration management, and environment automation.
•Strong understanding of resiliency, scalability, performance, observability, security, and cost optimization for cloud platforms.
•Experience defining technical architectures/standards and supporting teams on complex technical issues; knowledge of AI platforms, LLM APIs, gateways, RAG, or generative AI is a plus.
