Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver core service user support services as prescribed under the AASC contract within the area.
  • •Carry out monthly property inspections (and further inspections such as pre-dispersal) to ensure contractual standards and identify maintenance needs.
  • •Provide welfare support and signposting, including inductions for new service users and understanding of services, standards of behaviour, emergency evacuation, and complaints procedure.
  • •Respond to requests, complaints, and issues via AIRE Services, and manage incidents raised, including accurate reporting on visits, inspections, repairs, and incidents.
  • •Ensure building safety and compliance by managing access for suppliers/visitors, monitoring CCTV, conducting daily patrols, testing weekly fire alarms, handling emergency evacuations, and contacting emergency services when necessary.
