Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting final costs and sales.
  • •Prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts.
  • •Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations, and prepare and negotiate project final accounts.
  • •Commercially vet subcontractor tenders and contracts, certify subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
  • •Ensure commercial processes and project purchasing targeting/costing budgets are adhered to, and produce accurate formal reports.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience in quantity surveying/commercial roles, with at least 5 years relevant experience.
  • •Relevant commercial experience preferably with a contracting organisation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering course or surveying.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Member of a professional chartered body such as CIOB or RICS (and/or FM Lead Body membership such as IWFM/IFMA).
