Job Summary

Own the end-to-end bid process from tender qualification through contract award. Manage tender deadlines and coordinate with sales and cross-functional contributors to build proposals, including content and presentation, quality checks, and contractual T&Cs analysis. Support the account manager with pricing verification (risk and margin) and participate in clarifications and final customer negotiations, then coordinate handover to implementation and provide regular reporting.

•Manage tender/offer opportunities with attention to key requirements and focus areas.
•Project-manage the bid process within deadlines, including offer planning and coordination with sales and other departments.

•Contribute to written proposal content and presentation, perform proposal quality checks, and obtain management approval.
•Analyze contractual terms and conditions, participate in clarification sessions and final negotiations, and coordinate handover to implementation with regular reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance & Accounting or comparable studies.
•5-7 years of bid management experience, including public sector opportunities.
•Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
•Knowledge of the Romanian public acquisition regulation framework.
•Good planning, time management, and ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
