•Manage sales team to develop relationships with Real Estate Brokers, Developers, CPAs and other referral sources to obtain mortgage leads.
•Recruit, develop and lead a high-quality sales team that generates loans in compliance with company policies and procedures.
•Maintain a broad understanding of products, guidelines and pricing strategies.
