Key Responsibilities

  • •Use Figma Agents and automated workflows to build, maintain, and expand the design system.

  • •Generate, iterate, and animate visual assets at scale using Figma Weave and Figma Motion for a centralized image library.
  • •Partner with Art Directors and Interactive Designers to rapidly prototype concepts and produce production-ready assets.
  • •Experiment with enterprise-approved generative AI tools and plugins to streamline the asset pipeline and reduce repetitive tasks while maintaining brand alignment.

Salary: USD 60 - 72 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in design systems, system architecture, or digital asset creation in an agency or in-house studio setting.
  • •Strong product design foundation across UX/UI, interaction patterns, accessibility, and responsive systems.
  • •Enterprise design systems experience building or scaling systems for large organizations with thousands of components and complex governance.
  • •Deep Figma expertise including libraries, variables, components, tokens, templates, and AI-powered workflows.
  • •Proven experience integrating generative design tools, specifically Figma Weave, Figma Motion, and Figma Agents (or equivalent).
