Job Summary

Ensure client infrastructures are secure, robust, and operational as an L3 Security Managed Services Engineer. Triage and resolve high-complexity incidents through deep third-line support, identify root causes, and prevent SLA misses. Configure, install, test, and operate assigned infrastructure, create knowledge articles, and support automation efforts to reduce manual work. Coach junior team members on advanced troubleshooting and may manage small projects within the security domain, including disaster recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify, resolve, and prevent technical incidents by performing necessary checks and using monitoring tools.
•Provide third-line support by investigating and determining root causes of incidents and problems.
•Ensure assigned client infrastructure is correctly configured, installed, tested, and operational.
•Create knowledge articles for recurring tasks/issues and train junior team members to execute them.
•Contribute to operational improvements, provide inputs to automation teams, and support disaster recovery functions.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience handling complex security infrastructure in a managed services environment.
•Strong IT engineering background, preferably within medium to large ICT organizations.
•Deep working knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Ability to plan activities and projects well in advance.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
